8.2Verified guest“We liked the hotel – it was clean and well-kept, with easy check-in and helpful staff. The location was quiet, near an attractive shrine, and close to Ameyoko market for shopping and Asakusa for great food.”
8.2Verified guest“Service, location, and facilities were all excellent at a reasonable price. Kids under 6 stay free, which was a big draw for us. The futon in the Japanese-style room gave plenty of space for two adults and two kids aged 4 and 6. The Wi-Fi in our room easily handled two laptops and two phones at once. Smoking is allowed in the hotel and our room, but we never smelled smoke in the bedroom – only occasionally a slight smell in the bathroom. It matched our experience at a fully non-smoking Japanese hotel. An underground walkway connects Ueno Hirokoji metro station to Ueno station, so getting around was easy even in the rain.”
8.2Verified guest“Very central, with a tei garden nearby. Staff were helpful, the food was good, and the twin room had air conditioning. The restaurant was a plus.”
8.2Verified guest“Excellent service and a very convenient location close to Okachimachi railway station.”
8.2Verified guest“Our room was a good size, with twin beds that were larger than standard singles and comfortable. The bathroom was compact but had everything we needed. Wi-Fi was available in the room, though we had to find a free provider. There was a kettle for tea and coffee, but bring your own or pick some up at Family Mart or 7-Eleven. The room was cleaned daily. The location was good – close to several train lines and easy access to the Keisei Skyliner to Narita airport. Shops were near, and Ueno and Akihabara were walkable.”
8.2Verified guest“Good location in a quiet part of Ueno, and breakfast was great.”
